Do not wait to apply for your CCW! The current processing time is 9 to 12 months. The longer you wait, the longer it will take you to arm yourself properly everywhere you go.

CCW Training
16 Hour initial training
This class is for students whose initial CCW application was submitted after December 31, 2023. If you applied before January 1, 2024, you are required to take the 8-hour Initial class.
You must bring your firearms, magazines, holster, cleaning kit, range safety equipment, and ammunition.
Price: $350 (Range fee included)
8 Hour Initial training
This class is for students whose initial CCW applications were submitted before January 1, 2024. If you applied after December 31, 2023, you must take the 16-hour Initial class.
You must bring your firearms, magazines, holster, cleaning kit, range safety equipment, and ammunition.
Price: $275 (Range fee included)
8 Hour Renewal
State-mandated renewal class for a San Diego County, CA CCW permit.
You must bring your firearms, magazines, holster, cleaning kit, range safety equipment, and ammunition.
